Our practice began with a core client group that chose to move their existing relationships with the two founding partners to Lovelace Payne LLC. The firm’s successful start is attributed to this core client base, as well as significant growth since our inception. Our commitment to quality, service, and value was the key element in our early success. Our firm was founded on the principle that we must create more value than we charge in fees, and we understand that timely communication with clients and delivery of our services in a swift and reliable manner is critical to our sustained success.

He works with large publicly traded companies, closely held entities and their owners, private equity companies and high net worth individuals. He also has expertise in entrepreneurial endeavors which include planning and operations of businesses as well as personnel and systems management.

Terry has over 4 decades experience providing tax planning and compliance guidance to a wide range of businesses and individuals. He has extensive experience assisting closely-held and public companies in the technology, oil & gas, transportation, real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and service industries. He also has broad experience counseling high net worth individuals about their complex income and estate tax planning issues.

Ross Pasekoff

Ross has been providing tax planning, tax accounting, and compliance guidance to a wide range of businesses and individuals since 2008. He was also the first home-grown Partner on the Lovelace Payne team. Ross has extensive experience in the technology and real estate industries. He has broad experience working with large public corporations, large complex partnerships, as well as closely held businesses.

Brian Lucas
Location: Addison
Brian has over 30 years income tax experience with most of that time in public accounting. Brian’s has extensive experience in federal tax compliance, multi-state taxation, and corporate structure while focusing on tax strategy and client advisory providing forward-thinking tax solutions to businesses and individuals. Since joining the firm in 2017 and moving to the Partner role in 2025, Brian has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s approach to proactive tax planning and building long-term client relationships.
